Role and Responsibilities:

As a Service Designer, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and optimizing services with a focus on user-centered design and adherence to GDS principles.

Key responsibilities include:

1. User-Centered Design:

   • Apply GDS design principles to create and improve services that meet user needs effectively.
   • Conduct user research, usability testing, and analysis to inform design decisions.

2. Service Blueprinting:

   • Develop end-to-end service blueprints, ensuring a seamless and integrated user experience.
   • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to map user journeys and touchpoints.

3. GDS Compliance:

   • Demonstrate a strong understanding of GDS standards and guidelines.
   • Ensure that all service designs align with GDS principles and comply with accessibility standards.

4. Collaboration:
