My client, a global consultancy, are looking to recruit a ServiceNow Consultant (CSDM) for a 6 month, outside IR35 contract role based in Croydon or London (mostly remote)



* Experience of leading a CSDM Implementation in ServiceNow

* At least 3+ years’ experience in architecting enterprise services

* Strong understanding of Configurations management

* Hands on experience in managing CI lifecycle in ServiceNow

* Understanding of Class models of CI in ServiceNow

* Understanding of Service Architecture and how applications services, technology services and business services can be modelled under an unified data model

* High level understanding of Service Mapping using ServiceNow and how application components can be mapped against a service

* Service Introduction and Service Design knowledge will be an added advantages

* Up to date knowledge with Agile Architecture using SAFe 5.0 and ITIL processes

* Delivering unified processes for service onboarding and service lifecycle management
