We are currently hiring for a SOX Transformation SME with Financial services experience to join one of our Insurance clients on a 6-month contract.

Remote- occasional travel to the Ipswich office

Responsibilities

• Understand, maintain, and manage complex and ever-changing IT control environments covering access, change, IT operations and governance.
• Support key financial objectives via technology driven processes.
• Experience with controls/audit related engagements
• Experience of working within a Global Financial organisation
• In depth knowledge of controls outside of IAM
• Cloud Experience/Knowledge
• Identification, planning and tracking of changes driven by impacts of Transformation on technology SOX controls
• Ensuring relevant updates to SOX controls framework to reflect impacts of Transformation
• Working with Financial Control, Internal and External Audit, to ensure 2024 audit plans recognise timing and changes driven by Transformation
• Attend and contribute to key governance forums
• Produce timely metrics to support governance reporting requirements.
• Engagement with Auditors for the purpose of planning and co-ordination of audits including evidence requests and walkthroughs
• Handover to BAU teams prior to end of contract
• Engagement with third party vendors who operate controls within the environment leveraged for SOX
