The role and responsibilities:
- Undertaking SQA assignments to ensure the efficient delivery of materials to the company's UK and Europe-wide sites. 
- Assessment and confirmation of supplier capability to meet company Quality standards by supplier risk assessment, reviewing SQA audit and analytical data.
- Verifying supplier hazard controls are operating efficiently to ensure all quality, food safety and legal risks associated with raw materials, their storage and transport are robustly managed.
- Taking leadership of supplier audits and building relationships with key suppliers. Supporting suppliers to address concerns and improvement areas. 
- Responsibility for raw materials throughout the supply chain - working across 10 factories / sites. 

What we are looking for:
- Experience in supplier auditing ideally within an FMCG environment. 
- Knowledgeable in quality management tools & techniques experience e.g. SQA, SPC, LEAN, HACCP.
- Good understanding of raw material conversion processes.
