We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Project Manager with a robust background in supply chain management. This role is primarily focused on the business aspects of project management, emphasising successful end-to-end delivery aligned with agreed-upon time, cost, and quality metrics. The ideal candidate will collaborate closely with program managers, coordinate activities across various stakeholders, manage risks effectively, and work in tandem with change managers to ensure seamless project execution.


Key Responsibilities:
Develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines, resource allocation, and budgeting, ensuring alignment with organisational goals and objectives.
Oversee the execution of projects from initiation to closure, ensuring adherence to project scope, schedule, and budget constraints.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including supply chain, operations, finance, and marketing, to align project deliverables with business requirements.
Serve as a primary point of contact for stakeholders, fostering strong communication channels and managing expectations effectively.
Identify potential risks and proactively develop mitigation strategies to minimize disruptions to project timelines and deliverables.
Regularly assess project risks and issues, implementing appropriate corrective actions as necessary to maintain project momentum.
Collaborate with change managers to facilitate organizational change initiatives associated with project implementations.
Communicate change impacts to stakeholders and facilitate the adoption of new processes or technologies within the organisation


Skills required:


Supply Chain Management
Proven experience in project management, with a focus on supply chain operations and business process improvement initiatives.
Strong understanding of supply chain concepts, including procurement, logistics, inventory management, and demand forecasting.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organisation.
Demonstrated proficiency in project management tools and methodologies, such as Agile, Scrum, or Lean Six Sigma.
Strategic mindset with a keen attention to detail and the ability to navigate complex business environments.
Proven track record of delivering projects on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
