*This role is up to 400 per day (Outside IR35), remote (very occasional travel to client site) and 6 months initially*

To be considered you must have:

Proven skills in exploratory testing
Extensive experience testing ServiceNow
Proven experience in test techniques (understand different techniques and how to apply in a changing context)
Experience in Agile Test Approach
Basic knowledge and risk assessments from a product perspective (NOT project)
Context driven school of testing is key
Test Automation skills within ServiceNow
Test environment management and test coordination are key areas.
Someone whose worked in cross functional teams.
Risk assessment from agile perspective
Context driven school of testing.

Role itself:

Purpose of the role is to support TM in coordination of detailed test work of the test teams
Test professional is driven by the context and has flexibility to adapt to changing environments
Must be aligned with context school of testing
Supporting TM in design and execution of different test approaches
Responsible for detailed test approach of different test teams
Responsible for planning of different test teams
Supporting test team and test execution
Helps test teams in finding and reporting.
Keeps tracks of statuses of test Teams results and findings.
Leads of helps organisation finding meetings.
Proven skills in defect management
Understand the difference between test environments and test ability of different environments
Use test dashboards to give insights into precede quality of test teams

Qualifications/Experience:
Minimum 5 years' experience in test coordination and testing.
Ability to apply critical and analytical thinking

ServiceNow Testing
Is curious and has an objective mindset
Proven skills in exploratory testing, test techniques and understanding their differences and applications in changing contexts
Experienced in agile test approaches and frameworks
Experience in test and bug reporting
Basic knowledge of risk assessments in an agile context
Understanding of requirements from multiple sources, ability to help Business Analysts and Testers to question them and generate test ideas.
Experience in working with remote testing teams
Understanding of competing priorities across several business streams

Soft skills - organisation, communication, critical thinking, planning and alignment and test coordination
