We are recruiting for a seasoned Test Manager to come into a well versed team of test specialists to support in an international application and quality testing phase.

Experience requirement as follows:

Scrum Knowledge:

• Demonstrate proficiency in Scrum methodologies for effective testing.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to seamlessly integrate testing into the development lifecycle.

Defect Coordination:

• Effectively coordinate and manage defects throughout the testing lifecycle.
• Collaborate with development teams for timely defect resolution.

Tool Proficiency:

• Possess expertise in HP ALM is useful
• Leverage tools for execution and tracking of tests and defects.

Test Cases Review and Approval:

• Review and approve test cases for comprehensive coverage and quality adherence.
• Work closely with the testing team to enhance test case design and execution strategies.

Support in Test Scenario Creation:

• Provide guidance for creating robust and effective test scenarios.
• Contribute to innovative testing approaches to improve overall testing efficiency.

Communication and Stakeholder Management:

• Lead communication with stakeholders for clear reporting of testing progress.
• Act as a liaison, addressing concerns and facilitating effective collaboration.

Team Protection and Enablement:

• Advocate for a conducive work environment and necessary resources for the testing team.
• Shield the team from interruptions, allowing focus on testing responsibilities.
