Role: Trainer
Contract Length: 18 months
Location: 5 days a week on the ship in Hampshire. [No remote working. Radius for candidates ideally 25 miles outside of Southampton]
IR35: In Scope
Skills/Experience
Essential: Candidates should have served a recognised Fitting and Turning engineering apprenticeship or a relevant alternative period of training and to have obtained a relevant Level 3 national qualification in Engineering or a closely related subject. Additionally, candidates must have at least 5 years recent relevant practical experience.
Desirable
A relevant Level 4 national qualification in Engineering or a closely related subject.
Recognised civilian teaching/Training qualification at Level 3 or higher.
Previous experience in a training/instructional role would be beneficial but training in Defence instructional techniques will be provided for the successful applicant without prior experience.
