Skillsets

• Extensive of progressive work experience in large scale data architectures, data warehousing concepts, data lakes, data mesh, data update strategies, data modeling, data pipelines, workflows, modern ELT/ETL automation techniques, data cataloging, etc.
• Extensive of experience in designing modern data platform architectures driving tangible business outcome and value leveraging Big Data, Cloud and Analytics technologies.
• Experience in DevOps(CI/CD) pipeline facilitating automated deployment and testing.
• Experience with Workday (mandatory).
• Experience with Human Resource data (highly desired).
• Strong track record of delivering results in a complex environment.

Data Architecture and Design:

• Analyze the HR data architecture (historical data, the data in Workday, data in other applications) to recommend approaches for reporting and data analytics.
• Interview key stakeholders to gain a high-level vision for the future state HR data reporting requirements and design a HR data architecture which aligns with corporate approach towards data and analytics.
• Review options for optimal data storage (e.g. data lake, data warehouse etc.) which will provide flexibility for HR staff and staff that need access to HR data for reporting and analytics.
• Facilitate and produce a process for consolidation of conceptual, logical, data model. Update the existing data models.
• Provide guidance and recommendation to solution architects for data modeling and implementation methods to make sure it is in-line with organizational policies.
• Develop and maintain corporate data usage models (CRUD).
• Enforce data best practices, standards, and governance.
• Create and maintain optimal data pipeline architecture by designing and implementing data ingestion solutions in line with corporate patterns.
