Provide data and reporting support for Organisational Design work, including modelling and forecasting, production of costed as is' and to be' organisation charts and data visualisations for my my client that is restructuring the company

Responsibilities

• Ensure accurate workforce data is collated across the business
• Orchestrate data delivery for workforce planning capability creation and ongoing operations.
• Curate and deliver Real Time Workforce Packs for senior leaders.
• Blend data for People Plans, contributing to strategic decision-making.
• Provide data support for Organisational Design, including modelling and forecasting.
  
  

Requirements

• Significant HRIS and Workforce Planning Technology experience (Oracle HCM Cloud and OrgVue preferred).
• Financial awareness with a storytelling approach to data.
• Third-party supplier management experience.
• HR and O365 technology literacy.
• Expertise in merging diverse data sets.
