Job Description: Our client, a global leader in industrial engine manufacturing, is looking for a Requirements Manager to define and manage product requirements for high-capacity power solutions. The role involves leading new product introductions and collaborating with cross-functional teams to support technical launches. The ideal candidate will possess strong project management skills and commercial awareness to influence stakeholders effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
- Define and manage product requirements across global markets
- Lead new product introductions and voice of customer (VOC) activities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Sales, Marketing, and Engineering
- Support technical launches and develop business cases for future programs
Skills Required:
- Strong project management and communication skills
- Ability to translate complex needs into clear product objectives
- Commercial awareness and ability to influence stakeholders
- Experience with large engines or strategic product development (preferred)
Salary (Rate): £46/hour
