p>SAP Foundation Training Manager required for an SAP Programme based in the UK on a Contract basis for 12 Months.

You will need to be a proven SAP Training Manager with ability to work unsupervised and hit the ground running with a fast-paced project.

ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES:
* Define and deliver the training plan.
* Establish training infrastructure.
* Agree and manage the training resource.
* Owns the quality of training materials and delivery.
* Ensure the project team delivers training materials.
* Delivery of the training programme to all impacted staff
* To identify risks, issues and decisions relating to the workstream and in other work-streams supporting the transition and to provide recommendations on the ways to mitigate any risks or issues found.
* To ensure all activities are managed on time, to budget and to the required quality
* Undertake additional activities in support of the programme of work as requested by the Neptune Business Readiness Manager

REQUIRED SKILLS/EXPERIENCE:
* Experience delivering training programmes for a large and diverse community of users across many sites.
* Experience managing the production of self-paced and classroom training materials
* Experience delivering training programmes within the context of large ERP deployments
* Experience in the delivery and transition of data aspects to an ERP solution.
* Significant experience in the use of Microsoft Office 2016 suite of applications including Project, Vision, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook.
* To work effectively as part of a project team in a Matrix management environment.
* The role requires an ability to engage actively in a proactive manner with stakeholders at all levels in the organisation.
* Demonstrate a clear ability to engage with stakeholders at all levels within an organisation with a strong, firm, yet engaging demeanour that encourages co-operation throughout.
* A leader, able to work collaboratively with others within the business.
* Ability to foster an organisational culture that is positive about change and committed to delivery of business objectives.
* Ability to work with minimum supervision.
* Ability to work effectively under pressure.
* Demonstrate an ability to identify issues faced and to find solutions to those issues pro-actively.
* Excellent time management skills.
* A demonstrable team player with an ability to help motivate those working with them.
* Comfortable working across a multi-disciplined environment.
* Excellent communication skills both verbal and written.
