bluewaveSELECT are looking for an SAP S/4HANA User Support Model Lead to join a global end-user rolling out S/4HANA globally.

Key Deliverables:

The right candidate would be responsible for managing the Design of the User Support function for the SAP S/4HANA programme.

Key Requirements:

Additional:

• ServiceNow experience
• Project management and delivery across multiple locations
• Service Design/Implementation experience across multiple geographies/languages
• Map BAU & future user support model
• Develop an approach to Knowledge Management including self-service and knowledge articles in the User Support Model.
• Experience liaising with IT and ServiceNow teams to provide the best technical solution, software and tools for the model, taking into account geographical locations and requirements.
• Experience in planning and project managing the implementation of the support model with IT, Business Change, Training and Communication teams. Raise risks and issues and report on progress to the Business Change Lead.

Desirable

• ITIL Service Management qualification: Strategic Leader or Master level.
• S/4HANA experience.
• Knowledge Management.
