SC Cleared Data Scientist - Outside IR35 - Hybrid - London
SR2 is happy to partner with a UK-wide consultancy who specialises in both the Private and Public Sectors. They are looking for a driven and motivated Data Scientist who has prior knowledge of providing training and technical advice to the wider team. This role would also include managing a team and setting out a strategy moving forward.
- Providing technical advice
- Architecting software
- Planning a modelling approach
- General purpose programming in Python and Bash
- Programming data pipelines (Ideally in Spark, but other tools such as Dagster and Airflow are also okay)
- Experience working with Machine Learning Models (NLP and LLM's)
- Creating machine learning models (for example in PyTorch, TensorFlow and SKLearn)
- Deploying models (Docker)
- Versioning with Git
Key Activities
- Modelling approach documents
- Architecture diagrams and documents
- Code (Data pipelines and models)
- Technical slide deck
- Presenting in front of clients
- Managing a technical team according to Agile methodology
