Role: Scrum Master - Data

Type: Inside IR35

Rate: 400- 500 pd

Location: London (Hybrid)

Responsibilities:

• Oversee the scope and timeline of each project.
• Coordinate sprint cycles, retrospective meetings, and daily stand-ups.
• Provide guidance and coaching to team members in Agile methodologies.
• Facilitate internal communication for enhanced collaboration.
• Collaborate closely with product owners to manage backlogs and address new requests.
• Proactively address conflicts and eliminate obstacles throughout the project lifecycle.
• Ensure the quality standards of deliverables are met at the conclusion of each sprint.
• Cultivate a productive environment, encouraging team members to take ownership and find enjoyment in their work.
• Actively engage in delivery activities, including testing, issues management, and user engagement.
• Resolve task blockers by liaising with engineers and users as necessary.
• Take ownership of high-level plans and measure progress against strategic direction.

Requirements:

• Over 3 years of experience as a Scrum Master.
• Coaching and mentoring experience.
• Experience in working with multiple teams, with coaching and mentoring experience.
• Experience with DevOps methodology. Experience in Azure DevOps is a Plus.
• Knowledge and experience of Agile frameworks.
• Demonstrated ability to deliver results while managing competing pressures and deadlines with an eye for detail and quality.
• Experience with Azure, ServiceNow and Salesforce
