- Spearhead the strategic sourcing process for indirect categories, identifying cost-saving opportunities and fostering vendor relationships.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including Finance, Legal, and Operations, to align procurement strategies with overall business objectives.
- Oversee all commercial aspects of 3rd party suppliers, including agreements, payments, and performance.
- Ensure compliance with Know Your Supplier forms, sanctions, and financial checks.
- Manage contracts in our internal system and conduct legal due diligence.
- Commercially manage suppliers in a timely and cost-effective manner.
- Maximize synergies across sites and standardize contracts.
- Track costs, plan and document SRM reviews, and implement operational resilience requirements.
