The role also involves negotiating contracts and communicating changes and budgetary matters with other departments.

As a Senior Buyer in our dynamic organization, you will oversee the procurement process for indirect goods and services, ensuring optimal value and efficiency. Your responsibilities will include strategic sourcing, contract negotiation, and vendor management across a spectrum of indirect categories.

Responsilities

• Spearhead the strategic sourcing process for indirect categories, identifying cost-saving opportunities and fostering vendor relationships.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including Finance, Legal, and Operations, to align procurement strategies with overall business objectives.
• Oversee all commercial aspects of 3rd party suppliers, including agreements, payments, and performance.
• Ensure compliance with Know Your Supplier forms, sanctions, and financial checks.
• Manage contracts in our internal system and conduct legal due diligence.
• Commercially manage suppliers in a timely and cost-effective manner.
• Maximize synergies across sites and standardize contracts.
• Track costs, plan and document SRM reviews, and implement operational resilience requirements.
