Client:

We are currently recruiting for a temporary Senior Capital Projects Manager to join a large Public Sector organisation in Bradford for a 4 month assignment (with a strong possibility of extension). The assignment can start immediately.

Role:

Responsibilities will include;

• Will be responsible for devising, co-ordinating and managing programmes of work in a timely and effective manner


• Lead and manage external contractors


• Monitor and manage contract performance and delivery, both by internal staff and contractors


• Day to day cost management


• Liaise and communicate all NHS Trust responsibility

The successful candidate will have;

• Significant experience within a Capital related leadership role ideally with exposure to working within public buildings or healthcare estates


• The successful candidate will possess a significant amount of statutory compliance knowledge and strategic leadership whilst maintaining a close focus on the financial budget and specialist estates/capital requirements


• Ability to work independently, requiring minimal supervision
