An innovative approach blends technology with fashion, they are looking for a talented Senior Data Scientist to join on a 6-month contract to contribute to their Next-Best-Action and personalisation projects.

Searching for an experienced Senior Data Scientist to play a key role in a dynamic and fast-paced team. As a Senior Data Scientist, you will focus and lead on Next-Best-Action projects and personalisation initiatives, working closely with cross-functional teams to enhance the overall customer experience.

Role & Responsibilities

• Develop and implement propensity models to drive Next-Best-Action strategies and enhance customer personalisation
• Collaborate with data engineers, analysts, and business stakeholders to gather and preprocess data for advanced analytics
• Utilise technical expertise in Azure, Python, git, and Databricks to build scalable and efficient data solutions
• Design, implement, and optimise machine learning algorithms to deliver actionable insights and recommendations
• Evaluate model performance and iteratively enhance models to meet business objectives
• Deployment and putting models into production
• Communicate complex findings and insights to both technical and non-technical stakeholders

Skills & Qualifications

• Master's or Ph.D. in a relevant field such as Computer Science, Statistics, or Machine Learning.
• Proven experience as a Data Scientist, with a focus on Next-Best-Action and personalisation projects within the E-commerce or online marketplace industry
• Strong proficiency in Azure, Python, git, and Databricks for developing and deploying machine learning models
• Expertise in building and deploying propensity models for personalised customer experiences
• Solid understanding of data science best practices, including feature engineering, model evaluation, and validation
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams
