Description

In this role you will be working closely with the IT Manager, and you will be rewarded with a salary of 32,150 per anum, 35 days annual leave, Life Assurance an excellent pension plus additional excellent benefits. This role is Hybrid - 2 days in the office and 3 days from home.

What you will do:

• Projects within the IT team ensuring those are lead and delivered to high standards.
• 1st and 2nd line support for the organisation.
• Manage and troubleshoot the organisation's IT systems and networks.
• Implement security protocols to safeguard the organisation's data.
• Run and share regular operation system reports with senior staff.
• Manage and support calls on the Helpdesk to ensure a smooth service at all times within SLA.

Profile

What you will bring:

• This role would be an ideal role for someone with proven experience as an IT Technician or relevant position.
• Excellent diagnostic and problem-solving skills.
• In-depth understanding of diverse computer systems and networks.
• Strong people and communication skills.
• Full UK Driving Licence.
