This FTSE 100 business are looking for a data driven and experienced product person to join their high performing team that is pushing to build an industry first service. They want to develop a LEAN product process, solving complex user and business problems. It is important you are very comfortable working with stakeholders, hosting workshops and can effectively communicate to the Head of Product.

Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with leadership, Head of Product and Product lead to identify growth areas for the platform within your own product area as they look to enter new markets.
  • Define and own the strategic direction and compelling product initiatives for your product/s and aligning this to the wider business and other vertical strategies.
  • Define and own the objectives and KPIs for the product, working closely with stakeholders across the business to ensure that the success and value of the product can be measured.
  • Drive and evolve the end-to-end product process, helping your squads to deliver with velocity, cadence, and efficiency.
  • Be the voice of the customer for the business: take user insight to identify the biggest customer problems and opportunities.
  • Develop and deliver a multi-streamed delivery plan that meets the strategic and tactical needs of the business, through a combination of both iterative conversion boosting, and step-change innovative features and user journeys.
  • Drive innovative, market-leading solutions to consumer problems.
  • Be accountable for the overall performance and KPIs of the product/s and vertical/s within their remit.
  • Lead the cross functional team/s across UX, data and tech, ensuring the optimal LEAN delivery of items.
  • Build strong relationships and collaborate with commercial, marketing, partnership, and compliance teams to maximise growth against targets.
  • Leadership and people management: providing coaching, mentoring and on the job support for product managers in your area, plus thought leadership for the wider product community.
