p>My healthcare client is currently seeking an experienced Service Desk Support Engineer for an initial 6-month contract based in Manchester.
This Senior Service Desk Engineer will work in shift patterns from Monday to Friday: 8am to 4pm; 9am to 5pm; 10am to 6pm across 37.5 hours per week and will be based 100% onsite in the Manchester office.
The daily rate is Negotiable inside IR35 and via an umbrella company
Skills required:
- A good knowledge of the ITIL framework is ESSENTIAL
- Microsoft certified network engineer or equivalent is ESSENTIAL
- The ability to demonstrate a high level of technical knowledge in relation to end user support and a range of IT hardware, software and systems such as O365, MS operating systems and AV is ESSENTIAL
- Must have experience of supporting Microsoft 365 and Windows 10 OS including Windows 2012 server or above
- Must have extensive experience of Active Directory administration and support
- Must have experience of mobile device management solutions such as MS Intune
- Experience of supporting a MS Dynamics or SharePoint environment
- M365 certification or qualification
- VMware Certified Professional
