What you will be doing:
- First line support
- Working at a service desk
- Ticket handling and escalation
What we are looking for:
- Excellent knowledge of Windows 10 and Office 365
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Previous ticketing system experience
- Great knowledge of Active Directory
- Excellent troubleshooting skills
- Experience using Windows and Exchange Server Admin
