Job Title: Service Desk Analyst

Location: London Hybrid

6 Month Fixed Term Contract With a view to go Permanent.

Salary: 35,000 40,000

The Client

My client is a nationally established company based in the heart of London who are looking for a Service Desk Analyst to join their impressive IT Team. This role has a potential to turn permanent and is also a hybrid role with the option of some of your working week being from home.

Service Desk Analyst Specification

  • 3 years of End User Support Experience
  • Knowledge of Network infrastructure, PC/Server hardware & Software (Desirable)
  • Knowledge of Microsoft 365 and Office 365
  • Great Communication Skills
  • Troubleshooting experience
