Service Desk Analyst Specification
- 3 years of End User Support Experience
- Knowledge of Network infrastructure, PC/Server hardware & Software (Desirable)
- Knowledge of Microsoft 365 and Office 365
- Great Communication Skills
- Troubleshooting experience
