Widen The Net is a partner recruitment agency to Snap and we are hiring for their contract positions.


Monday to Friday, standard business hours, on site in London.


Snapchat are looking for an IT support technician to support their UK offices end users, manage vendor relationship, ensure IT services delivery and participate in new IT solutions roll out projects:


-Provide general technical support and troubleshooting for Mac and Windows, network/wireless, AD, cloud storage, Atlassian tools, Slack, Confluence, Gsuite/Google Workspace, JAMF,

-Provide support for Google AV/VC conference rooms;

-Clearing tickets backlog, analysing issues and following up with end users, escalate technical issues, helping resolving problems and finding root cause within SLA;

-On-boarding users and provide user IT training and building good relationship with 3rd party software/hardware vendors


Requirements:

-1 + years experience working as IT technician/service desk;

-Working knowledge in troubleshooting Mac OS X/Mac/Apple technologies/Gsuite is a plus;

-Experience in supporting video conferencing, ideally Google AC/VC;

-Excellent client facing and problem solving skills, creative thinking and sociable personality

-Experience in ticketing systems


Full time 11 months contract till the end of 2024 and very likely to renew yearly afterwards, inside IR35, 200 per day which works out around 3000 per month AFTER tax. Onsite in London.
