My client is undergoing an exciting IT transformation and as such has a requirement for additional Support in the team. The successful candidates will have previous experience of working on a busy service desk.

Key skills include:

  • 1st line support experience working in a similar customer facing role.
  • Experience working to and reporting against SLAs
  • Working knowledge of Windows 10 and Microsoft Office 2016.
  • Excellent communication skills, at all levels, with technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Provide consistently, excellent levels of customer service.
  • Ability to learn quickly and share knowledge with other team members.
  • Strong methodical troubleshooting/problem-solving skills.
