p>We have an urgent requirement for a Service Desk Analyst to start ASAP on an initial contract until 29 February. The role will be based fully onsite in Central Manchester.

You will be the first point of contact for users with IT issues, taking the details of faults, logging them and providing a first line fix for example password resets, access issues, and providing remote support.

Candidates will need to have previous experience working on an IT service desk and providing 1st line support. You will also need to have strong communication and customer service skills. Awareness of ITIL and working to strict SLA's would be highly desirable.
