A new opportunity has arisen for an IT Service Desk Support to join an Enterprise scale organization going through a continued period of growth. You will be working across their Convenience and Technology Estate.

Key Skills

- Strong Experience with Active Directory, MS365 and VMWare

- ITIL methodologies

- Experience across 1st and 2nd Line

- Ability to prioritise and work in a fast paced environment

- Excellent Stakeholder Management and Communication Skills
