p>ServiceNow Architect - SPM - Contract - Outside IR35

My client, a ServiceNow partner, are looking for a ServiceNow Architect (SPM) to join them on an initial 6 month contract. This will be working with an International Airline as the end-client. This contract will be for an initial 6 month period and will fall OUTSIDE of IR35.

The successful candidate will be required to spend 2 weeks of every month in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, with travel and accommodation expenses covered. (This will eventually decrease to 1 week every month at some point during the contract).

Experience required (Must Haves):

• Experienced in implementation of ServiceNow SPM solution using industry best practices for project management.
• Running workshops and Business Analysis with key stakeholders
• Experience in understanding business processes, then to map/translate into ServiceNow specific entities (projects, goals, portfolios and reporting)
• Providing coaching and training to end customer teams.
• Proven experience in project management and business process improvement.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• ServiceNow SPM certifications (eg, Certified ServiceNow SPM Specialist) are a plus.
• Hands-on development experience of ServiceNow Flows, Scripting, Business Rules, Script includes, Work fl ows, UI Action, UI Policy, Client scripts, Email Inbound Actions
• Knowledge of Flow Designer, Integration Hub
• Asset Management (Hardware/Software) of particular interest
• Good understanding of all ServiceNow Development Building Blocks
