I am looking for a skilled software developer to contribute to the continued development of core systems for our Public Sector in Edinburgh, particularly focussing on developing a new prepayment service as well as HR solution.
I am looking for a skilled software developer to contribute to the continued development of core systems for our Public Sector in Edinburgh, particularly focussing on developing a new prepayment service as well as HR solution.
Key Skills:
- AWS (CDK, Lambda, S3, API Gateway, Cloud Formation, Aurora/Postgres)
- TypeScript, Node JS, React
- Strong HTML/CSS with accessibility awareness
Experience Needed:
- Proven background in high-quality software delivery in cross-functional teams
- Designing, developing and implementing service and event-based architecture
- Experience of Digital First and GDS quality standards
- Human-centred, research-driven design practices
- Agile development, CI/CD, TDD, and Pair Programming
- Infrastructure as code and Legacy system replacement
- UI pattern libraries for consistent, tested interfaces
- Mentoring team members
- Ability to work onsite in Edinburgh as part of a Hybrid working pattern
