We are recruiting for Stock Condition Surveyors on a temporary basis for approximately 6 months.
Working self-employed this will be paid by the survey, uncapped earning potential and can work outside of IR35.

-Age of components
-RDSAP
Candidates should have previous surveying experience, or undertaken similar types of work in domestic properties. Should have experience undertaking EPC's or RDSAP.
Excellent opportunity if looking for flexible work, completely self-employed, paid by the survey with large amounts of work to be completed.
