Blue Arrow are currently recruiting for a Front of House Administrator to join our prestigious client, based in the city centre of Edinburgh. Initially a temporary role, which is highly likely to become permanent for the right candidate. If you have experience in providing a first class front of house service in a corporate environment, then this is the perfect opportunity to take the next step in your career.
Main Duties:

- Meeting and greeting clients, visitors and employees in a professional manner
- Answering inbound calls and diverting to the relevant person
- Switchboard management
- Set up and preparation of meeting rooms in advance of meetings and events on site
- Managing all office keys and logging this on the SME platform
- Mail handling, from opening incoming mail through to distribution and scanning
- Supporting the Executive team with travel and accommodation bookings, as well as ordering office supplies
- Stock control and stationary orders
- Managing certain part of the company's website, allowing new starts access to the app when signing in for the first time and removing members when the employee leaves the business
- Warm and friendly manner as well as fantastic interpersonal skills
- Being able to communicate confidently and clearly with stakeholders of all levels
- Excellent personal presentation with a professional demeanour
- A can do attitude to work, whilst displaying a friendly and confident approach
- Ability to prioritise workload and work on own initiative from time to time
- Adaptable to changing priorities and/or practices within the organisation
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft packages, in particular Word, Excel, Outlook and Explorer
- Sound understanding of Social Media channels.
