My leading client is looking for a Technical Consultant to join a project team that is improving the performance of their Finance/CRM system. You will work as technical system lead across the projects and programmes in the portfolio to provide systems analysis services in project delivery teams to meet the needs in respect of medium and large technology projects. You will analyse business requirements to specify, document and communicate solutions, ensuring that they are of the desired quality and maintain data integrity where they interface to related applications.

Key experience

• Experience of Technical analysis of Finance systems/CRM/Portals in a complex business environment
• Experience of software delivery life cycle approach: waterfall and/or agile
• Working within a project-life cycle focused environment
• Dealing with complex data and process task flows
• Experience in technical leadership roles in projects
• Experience of system upgrade processes
• Development and maintenance of key system documentation
• Customer service experience in a high pressure IT Service delivery environment
