Job Description
- Providing HR advice in line with organisational policies and procedures
- Supporting managers with employee relations including performance, conduct and absence management
- Assisting in the recruitment process from drafting job descriptions to onboarding new employees
- Maintaining accurate HR records and documents
- Implementing and promoting equality and diversity policies
- Assisting in the development and review of HR policies and procedures
- Conducting regular HR audits to ensure compliance
- Supporting learning and development initiatives within the organisation
