An experienced Test Analyst or Test Lead is required by a financial Services organisation to work on small change projects. Ideally, you will have Test Lead experience but we will also consider experienced testers wishing to grow into a Test Lead role.

An experienced Test Analyst or Test Lead is required by a financial Services organisation to work on small change projects. Ideally, you will have Test Lead experience but we will also consider experienced testers wishing to grow into a Test Lead role.
Responsibilities of the role:
- Generation of comprehensive test plans
- Conducting analysis and producing clear documentation
- Identifying and managing test related issues
- Taking ownership for delivering accurate estimates of time and resources for assigned test phases, including dependencies, risks and assumptions
- Communicating progress against test plans
- Defect Management
- Assessing existing frameworks and tools and making recommendations as to their suitability
- Use of test management tools (eg Jira or Azure DevOps) for Test Case creation and execution
- ISTQB Foundation level
- Financial Services experience, ideally Life Insurance & Pensions or Wealth Management
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- The ability to work to tight deadlines under pressure
- The ability to generate and follow comprehensive test plans
- Ability to work on your own and as part of a team
