We're seeking a dynamic and experienced Test and QA Team Lead to join our cross-functional Project Team, reporting directly to the Head of Test and QA. In this role, you'll lead a team of test analysts, ensuring efficient scheduling of daily/weekly tasks and providing comprehensive testing support.

Key Responsibilities:

• Review project requirements and provide valuable insights.
• Define detailed test strategies and plans as required by the project.
• Maintain Test Traceability Matrix for effective project tracking.
• Review test and design artifacts, offering constructive feedback.
• Collaborate with development teams and participate in project meetings.
• Execute tests when required, recording results systematically with supporting evidence.
• Report defects uncovered during testing in a clear and consistent manner.
• Produce comprehensive Test Completion reports for various test phases.
• Provide weekly status updates to the Head of Test and QA.
• Promote teamwork and collaboration across all project levels.
• Ensure test schedules align with business needs and proactively identify areas for improvement.
• Support other team members and departments (IT, Operations, Production) as necessary.
• Ensure all products meet requirements and user expectations.
• Stay updated on relevant test methodologies and share knowledge within the team.
• Identify opportunities for test automation improvements.

• Excellent team leadership skills.
• ISEB Foundation Certification.
• Experience in leading SIT, UAT, OAT, and Performance Testing phases.
• Effective communication at all levels.
• Ability to write detailed Test Strategies, Test Plans, and Test Completion Reports.
• Flexibility to adapt to business needs.

• Degree or equivalent qualification.
