Are you a Field Marketing Manager or Events Manager looking for your next exciting role?
We are helping our client, an on-demand software vendor, recruit a UKI Marketing Manager Customer Base, based in London to support the Senior Customer Base Marketing Manager for 12 months. This is a hands-on, multi-disciplinary and dynamic position, requiring close collaboration with the local Sales & Marketing Teams, our Pre-Sales organisation, the Partner & Alliances Team, as well as Global and EMEA Marketing functions.
This is a 12-month contract aimed to start mid-Feb/early March. Our client operates on a 50% hybrid policy, which will require you to work onsite in their Central London office 2-3 days per week. This role comes with a gross PAYE rate of between 25.53 - 38.70 per hour, equivalent to 53,102 - 80,496 per annum, pro rata. The role also offers 37 days of holiday per annum, pro rata, inclusive of bank holidays.
What you will do:
As the UKI Marketing Manager Customer Base, you will be a key member of the UKI marketing team, supporting the Senior Customer Base Marketing Manager. You will be responsible for planning and executing high-profile programs and events that strengthen our brand presence and engage our customer base. Working closely with cross-functional teams, you will drive the success of events while ensuring alignment with overall marketing and business objectives.
You will be expected to:
- Execute a comprehensive events strategy for the UKI region
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify key themes, messages, and target audiences for each event
- Report on campaign ROI
- Oversee all aspects of event planning and execution, including logistics, budget management, and vendor coordination
- Ensure a seamless and positive experience for attendees, from registration through post-event follow-up
- Work closely with the sales and customer success teams to integrate events into the broader customer journey
- Ensure all marketing campaigns are delivered on time, within budget, and against target objectives
Required qualifications:
- Bachelor s degree and a minimum of 5 years of relevant B2B Marketing experience within a High-Tech company
- 3 years of experience in events marketing
- Solid understanding of Digital Marketing
- Excellent verbal, written, visual/presentation skills in English
- Track record of managing multiple marketing programs simultaneously
- Enthusiasm for challenges and strong work ethic with a can do attitude
- Objectivity and openness to others' views while continuously building a positive team spirit
- Ability to deliver on time while achieving or exceeding business goals
- Experience in building, launching and reporting on campaigns using Salesforce, Tableau, Adobe or Marketo
- Experience using Workfront to manage projects is a plus
