Workday Analyst

Leeds, West Yorkshire - 2 to 4 times per month on-site

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Workday Analyst to join a large-scale Workday implementation programme, taking responsibility for leading the data migration efforts for the programme, ensuring that all data is accurately and efficiently migrated from the current HR / HCM systems to Workday.

Joining a dedicated Workday programme team, the Workday Analyst be tasked with data mapping, validation, and testing, whilst working closely with key stakeholders to understand the data migration requirements and ensure that they are met.

Additionally, the Workday Analyst will be responsible for developing and maintaining data migration plans and schedules, coordinating and managing data migration testing, including the creation of test scripts and scenarios. The Workday Analyst will be responsible for identifying and resolving data migration issues and implementing corrective actions as needed.

Workday Analyst - Key Requirements:

• Previous dedicated experience in a data migration role, with a focus on Workday implementations.
• Strong knowledge of Workday data structures and best practices for data migration is a must.
• Strong understanding of data governance and data management principles, experience with data mapping and data validation tools
• Experience with ETL
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent communication and stakeholder management
• Experience working in enterprise-scale organisations with complex matrix structures
• Working closely with external suppliers / vendors / consultancies

This role will be based out of the client's head office in Leeds, though they run a mature flexible / hybrid working policy, with the expectation to be in the office once every week or two.
